The biopharmaceutical company Nanolek held a series of events dedicated to World Quality Day – November 14th.
On the eve of Quality Day, the company organized competitions and voting that raised the prestige of a responsible attitude to work and the quality of products at all levels, since quality is the daily work of not only the relevant department, but also of each employee.
The Quality Management Department has prepared a thematic crossword puzzle prepared purposefully for BMK personnel. A competition “Nanolek Quality Mark” was announced for all employees, during which they could nominate a colleague for this honorary status and justify this nomination. This year, 167 people took part in the voting.
Directly on November 14, Quality Day was held at the Nanolek BMK in the Kirov region. The event included educational webinars on the quality of pediatric vaccine production and the role of emotional intelligence in building high-quality interactions, as well as a ceremonial part with employee awards.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Kirov Region, the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region and the administration of the Orichevsky District presented the government awards. This was also timed to coincide with Quality Day. 12 employees of BMK Nanolek received certificates of honor and letters of gratitude. They representatives of the legislative and executive authorities of the Kirov region that took part in were:
• Sergey Vladimirovich Smirnov, head of the Orichevsky district; • Elvira Vakifovna Yagafarova, acting Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Kirov Region; • Nina Aleksandrovna Korotaeva, assistant to the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Kirov Region R. A. Beresneva.
“Any product in the pharmaceutical industry must meet the most stringent quality standards of high-tech production. Every day we make every effort to ensure that the medicines produced by the production site of BMK Nanolek are manufactured taking into account all the requirements and standards of international practice - GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Quality is our common goal, I am sure of that. “I congratulate all BMK employees on the holiday, because each of us tirelessly contributes to the creation of high-quality drugs that can change lives for the better,” – emphasized the director of BMK Nanolek Alexey Pavlov during his speech at the Quality Day.
Quality Day at BMK is held annually, because quality is the brand identity of Nanolek. This year, the activities were synchronized with the Quality Week, which was launched by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Kirov Region under the motto “Russia is a country with a High Quality Mark.”
