This personal data privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to all information NANOLEK LLC may obtain in relation to Users through their use of the Website. Use of the Nanolek LLC Website implies the full agreement of the User with this Policy and all its terms of processing personal information. In the event of any disagreements with any of the terms, the User shall refrain from using the Website. 1 Terms and Definitions 1.1 This Policy uses the following terms: 1.1.1. Personal Data shall mean any infromation directly or indirectly related to a certain or identifiable person (personal data subject). 1.1.2. Personal Data Disclosure shall mean any actions carried out to provide access to Personal Data to a certain person or number of persons 1.1.3. Operator shall mean a federal or municipal body, legal entity, or a person who, individually or jointly with other persons or organizations, manages and/or performs the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purpose of such personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, or actions (procedures) performed with personal data. 1.1.4. Personal Data Processing shall mean any action (procedure) or set of actions (procedures) performed with or without automation on Personal Data, including collection, recording, organizing, gathering, storage, verification (updates, amendments), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction of Personal Data. 1.1.5. Personal Data Confidentiality shall mean the mandatory requirement for the Operator and other accessing persons to prevent Personal Data disclosure without consent of the Owner, or other legal grounds for such disclosure. 1.1.6. Website User (“User”) shall mean any person having access to the Website via the internet and using the Nanolek Website. 1.1.7. Cookies shall mean the small data fragment sent by the web browser to and stored on the User PC, and sent by the web client or web browser in a HTTP request when attempting to access a page of the relevant website. 1.1.8. IP Address means the unique network address of a node in an IP protocol computer network. 2. User Personal Data processed by Nanolek 2.1. In this Policy, User Personal Data shall mean: 2.1.1. The Personal Data of Users provided by them voluntarily during the use of our Services, including user personal information. Mandatory data to access the Services is marked accordingly. The User may provide other data at their discretion. 2.1.2. All data automatically sent to Nanolek Services during their use by software installed on the User’s system, including IP address, cookies, information about the User’s browser (or other program allowing access to the Services), technical specifications of the User hardware and software, date and time of accessing the Services, requested pages addresses, and other similar data. 2.2. This Policy applies only to the data processed during the use of Nanolek website Services. 2.3. Nanolek does not verify any personal data supplied by the User and cannot assess the User’s legal capacity. However, Nanolek acts under the assumption that the User has supplied true and valid personal data and keeps this data up to date. 3. User Personal Data shall be used for the following purposes: 3.1. compliance with the current legislation regulating the manufacture and quality control of medicinal products1, as well as monitoring the efficacy and safety of medicinal products to help identify, assess, and prevent adverse reactions to the use of medicinal products (“Pharmacovigilance”) 2 3.2. answer any questions that may arise in relation to the business activities of Nanolek LLC or its medicinal products. 4. Terms of User Data Information Processing or Disclosure to Third Parties 5.1. User Personal Data shall be processed for an unlimited term using all and any legal forms, including in personal information systems with or without automation. 5.2. The User agrees that Nanolek may disclose personal data to third parties, such as partner companies with signed cooperation agreements with Nanolek. 5.3. User Personal Data may be disclosed to the authorized official bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and according to the procedure defined in the laws of the Russian Federation. 6. Personal Data Protection Requirements 6.1. Website administration shall take all necessary administrative and technical measures to protect User Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, or other improper actions by third parties. 7. Amendments to the Privacy Policy 7.1. Nanolek may amend or terminate this Policy unilaterally without any preliminary notice to the User. The new version of the Policy shall come into force upon its publication on the Nanolek company website, unless provided for otherwise in the new version of the Policy. 7.2.
